Appointment Procedures

Notify Us of Your Arrival

When you first arrive, do not enter the building. Please wait in your car and text us at 865-999-0390 to let us know that you have arrived. Please include your child’s name and the color and type of car you are driving. Prior to treatment, all patients will be asked to complete a health screening before entering our office.

One Person May Accompany Patients

In order to limit the number of people in our building, only 1 parent/guardian will be allowed to accompany the patient. Please make arrangements for siblings of the patient that don’t have appointments to stay at home or in the car during the visit. If patients are able to come in and complete the visit on their own, then we encourage parents to please wait in their car during the appointment.

Wear a Mask

Parents/guardians will need to wear a mask to the dental visit, so please remember to bring yours along.

We Will Take Your Temperature

All patients and parents entering the building will be given hand sanitizer to use and will have their temperature taken. If anyone (parent or patient) has a temperature of 100 or greater, then you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for a time 2 weeks beyond today’s date.

Safety Is Our Priority

In addition to our existing sterilization and cleaning protocols, we will have additional focus placed on cleaning common areas of our office. Door knobs, countertops, and other surfaces will be cleaned frequently. Our Sterilization Technician will oversee this process. We have missed you all and cannot wait to see you! Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we implement these new procedures for your safety and the safety of our team. Let us know if you have any questions. See you soon!
