Dr. Jim Hollingsworth

Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Hollingsworth, known as “Dr. Jim” around the office, is a proud Knoxville native. He graduated from Farragut High School before attending UT Chattanooga for his undergraduate studies. He then pursued his dental degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in Memphis.

During dental school, Dr. Hollingsworth was recognized for his leadership and academic involvement, earning scholarships and awards. He served as president of both the Honor Council and the American Student Dental Association, the largest dental school organization.

Dr. Jim is married to his high school sweetheart, Katie, and they love living in Knoxville, where both their extended families reside. Together, they have two young children—a hilarious and adorable girl and boy—as well as two energetic dogs, Tucker and Sadie.

Dr. Jim is quite the chef – in his spare time you may find him cooking up a new recipe or smoking meat on his grill. But he’s truly happiest when he’s spending time with his wife and kids, and you can usually find them at the park, an aquarium, or the Knoxville Zoo.
